The family bible of Janet and John McNabb was presented to “Jennie A. Boyle” by “her affectionate Father” William Boyle.

Died of Tuberculosis of the bone.

I believe that they are listed as John and Ann McNab in 1891 census for S Dufferin, E. Selkirk district (taken May 11, 1891), as their ages are dead on. Also, their eldest daughter was not born until just under a week later.

Listed as ‘Jennet’ in 1901 census, with birth date of Oct 6, 1869.

Her original tombstone, although very faded, was basically intact as of 2005.
