There is a mention of a John Hogan dying in Fitzroy on March 28, 1899, but I am not 100% positive that this is the same person. If it is, he died of stomach cancer, and is buried at St. Mark’s Anglican, Pakenham, Ontario.

Sarah’s second husband (William Henry Hunt) officially adopted John’s 3 kids after John passed away, which is why they are all named “Hunt”.
