1861 Ontario census has him being born about 1826.

In 1891 census (Eldon sub-district, North Victoria district, page 24, household 116), there is a William Currau (sp?) of irish descent listed as a labourer living with the family as well. By this time, the following kids are no longer at home: John, Donald, Catherine,Isabella and Alan.

He is erroneously listed as sinlge in his Ontario death record (vs. widowed).
