Manitoba Vital Statistics has his birthplace as RM of Pembina, and his name as Cecil Wilfred (not the other way around). On their marriage record, it is back to Wilfred Cecil.
The 1921 census has Wilfred living in Suite 9, 154 Emma (?) Street South, in Winnipeg, along with his sister Elva, along with 2 lodgers (Lillian ? and Harry Burke). He made $1800 the previous year.
