Glen’s obiturary from the September 4, 2020 edition of the Saskatoon Star Phoenix:

Donald “Glen” McNabb, previoulsy of Saskatoon, SK, died peacefully in hospital in Barrie ON on July 23, 2020. Glen was born on March 28, 1935 in Balcarres, SK. Glen graduated from the U of S with a degree in mechanical engineering and was employed at Weldon’s Concrete Ltd. for over 40 years as the plant manager and as a consulting engineer. In 1984, Glen and his wife Joyce purchased an acreage outside of Saskatoon, where they built and operated a rainbow trout hatchery and raised alapacas. After retiring, they relocated to Barrie. Glen was an avid sports enthusiast, playing hockey and ball as a youth, coaching softball as a parent, bowling and playing slow pitch as an adult, and following the Blue Jays, Raptors and SK Roughriders. Glen was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Joyce Margaret McNabb (nee LaBrosse). He is lovingly rememberd by his daughters Carol McNabb of Toronto ON and Gail Norman of Saskatoon; sons John McNabb (Fran Turner) of Toronto and Ramsey McNabb (Semira Tahirovic) of Barrie; grandchildren Shandi Norman (Trevor Dale) of Osler, SK, Dustin Norman (Ainsley Norman) of Saskatoon, Gabe and Christian Maciag and Kelsey; Kirk and Colby “Rudy” McNabb of Barrie; great-grandson Royce Dale of Osler, SK; brothers Dave McNabb (Joanne) of Winnipeg, MB, Garth McNabb of San Francisco CA, Ken McNabb (Susan) of Las Vegas NV and Keith McNabb (Brenda) of Grenfell SK; and numerous other family members.
