Witnesses at their wedding were John Holley & Elizabeth Holley, both of Artemesia. That document, given his age, suggests he was born closer to 1838.

1880 Riddervold,Polk, Minnesota USA census lists him as being born in 1842.

Death estimate based on him not appear in 1910 census, but did appear in 1905. Somebody on the Find A Grave website has him passing away Jun 1, 1919... so it may have been simply that he was not at home at the time?
