In 1901 census, birth date listed as Mar 12, 1901. His birth record does as well, so changing date to match.It is not known why/how he died; his death registration shows cause of death as “no care given”, and “no physician”. It was reported by Ed Holley in November. It also states that Horace was 3 weeks old when he passed away, but the dates are the same (March 12) for both his birth and death.
