Thomas Boyle Family tree - and side branches

Notes for James Archibald PRITCHARD

James had been living in Comox, BC since before April of 1891 (he and his family are in Comox, BC already by the 1891 census, which was taken April 24, 1891). He had been a logger from 1889, and added farming as well in 1909. (The 1891 census lists him as a lumberman).

In the 1901 census for Comox, BC, he is shown as having been born in England, and immigrating to Canada in 1870. Regiously, he was shown as an “unbeliever”. He was a coal miner at the time. He also had his niece and nephew (Luellan Fairbairn, born November 19, 1881 in Quebec, and Howard Fairbairn, born January 1880 in Quebec). Howard was a lumberman at the time.

I have to presume that the cemetery he is at (from his death certificate) is either abandonded or renamed, as I can not find it.There was an inquest to his death, and it was determined that he died from a “self inflicted wound, while temporarily insane”. I am not sure if this occured the day of his death, or if that was the reason he was admitted to the hospital 3 weeks earlier.
