“HOLLEY Wilma A. (Billie) (nee Gillis)In loving memory of Wilma A.(Billie) Holley (nee Gillis) of North Vancouver, B.C. who passed awaypeacefully on April 1, 2009, after a brief illness. Born August 7th,1917 in Sperling, B.C. to parents Jane and Allan, she was raised inNorth Vancouver and attended Ridgeway Elementary and North VancouverHigh Schools. Billie later lived for many years in Prince Georgebefore returning to the coast. Predeceased by her sister DorothyFranks, her husband Warren Holley and her daughter Lana Holley, she issurvived by her sister Kay Welsh of Utah, her children Allan Holley(Debby), Billie Bunz (Norm), Wayne Holley (Donna), Linda LaChance,Toni Tetreau (Bob), Greg Holley (Aradia) and Dean Holley (Janet); her22 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and onegreat-great-grandchild. She will be remembered by her family for herinspiring grace and charm, her quick wit, her ready smile, her lovingkindness and generosity, and for her lifelong devotion to family.Special thanks to Dr. Eric Brisco and the caring staff at Lions GateHospital.
