It is known he was born July 2, but not what year. His BC Vital Statistics death record lists him as being 53 at the time of his death.

His death certificate mentions that he lived in BC his whole life, and in Vancouver his last 30 years (so around 1926). He lived at 7034 Sierra Drive, North Burnaby. It shows that he was a shipper for Pacific Bolt Co. (manufacturers), and had worked there for 9 years, until November 16, 1956. He died of a blocked coronary artery, which had for 4 days.
