Notes for William MCNABB


Farmed on original family homestead (SW 7-3-6). Later moved to Saskatchewan where they lived for many years before returning to Morden to live with Andrew McNabb, and his wife died. There is mention of him helping with his sisters family (Harry Boyle and Jean McNabb) in 1908 in the Vanscoy history book.

He also lived in Saskatoon at one time.

Lived in Manitoba as of 1901 census, but in Saskatchewan District #16, Sub-district 2 (townships 35-39 of ranges 7-9) as of 1906 census.

Lived in Asquith, Saskatchewan at the time of his mother’s passing in November, 1910.

They are in the New Westminster, Chilliwack riding in 1911 census.

In the 1921 census, his son Ralph is a lodger nearby. William, his wife Anna, two sons Leonard and Kennth, and daughter Anna are living with him in Purdue, Saskatchewan.

Carol Chenier has him being born October 21, 1874.
