She is alternately shown as Margaret or Marjorie (based on her own, and her husband’s, death certificates).

Her death certificated says that she lived at 2765 Fernwood Road, Victoria, BC at the time of her death, and that she had lived in BC for 33 years. It also states that she had been in Canada for 52 years, which means she immigrated around 1919/1920. I can’t read the Doctor’s handwriting, but an autopsy was performed, and she had two conditions listed that he had been treating for 10 years (and a 3rd for a week).
