Twin of Alfred. There is an Adam Stevens buried in Thornhill, Manitoba (near Darlingford where his brother Fenton went), that was born about 1836, that could be him.

The Darlingford history book mentions that he has a tombstone there as well.

Bud Boyle has a funeral notice for him, that matches the dates and the burial place, so it is him. The funeral left Mr. O. C. Pickel’s residence in Manitou at 11:30 AM on July 11th, 1897 for Zion Church, Calf Mountain, where the service was held at 3:00 pm. Remains were interred in Thornhill Cemetery.
