Was Secretery-Treasurer Aug.1941-Dec. 1941, then went on a leave of absence for military service (served from Dec. 1941 to March 1946, and was discharged as Sargeant Major). Became secretary-treasurer for RM of Cymri No. 36 afterwards, a position he held until at least the 1980’s.
