It appears that Adolph may have been lodging (along with Frank Pelow) with James Nutting on a farm near Radisson in the 1916 Saskatchewan census. If this is him, he immigrated in 1914 according to the census, and was a laborer for Mr. Nutting, who was a farmer.

In the 1921 census, he is living with his father Martin.
