Lived in BC. His death certificate states that he was born in England “about 1862”, and that he was an engineer. He was in BC since around 1893. He had been at the hospital for about a month before passing away, which was from “Exhaustion of Arteriosclerotic Dementia”. The dementia is why he was in the special hospital. The body was shipped back for burial in Armstrong on July 9, 1933.

His headstone says he was born Jan 21, 1861.
