Edward went to BC (and Fort St. John in particular around 1966). He was working as a field superintendant, which he had been doing for 11 years. He died in an accident; he was working at a trailer court. He was putting heat tape onto a water line, when he fell into a man-hole, causing the trouble light to break. It shorted, electrocuting him.
