Oscar, his wife and son Glen moved to Vanscoy area from Iowa along with his brother Hoy in 1911.

Moved to Prince Albert in 1942.

According to Vanscoy history book, they had celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary, and then passed away 3 months apart from each other.
