Private First Class William Mocko of the 161st Infantry 25th Division was born to Elizabeth and Paul Mocko, July 3, 1920 in North Dakota. He died February 11, 1945 on the Island of Luzon Philippines while fighting to preserve freedom of democracy for his country. William is buried in the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Plot D, Row 7 Grave 169.
