The whole family (Edward, Emma, Dalton and William) are living in Los Angeles, California in the 1910 USA census (taken April 25, 1910). Edward a lather, and was down there for work.

Obituary from Calgary Daily Herald January 14, 1911:

DODD - In Calgary, Jan 13, 1911, Edward King Dodd, aged 27 years. Funeral will take place on Sunday at 3 p.m. from A.M. Shaver’s chapel. The remains will be placed in the Union Cemetry Vault.
