Here it is First thing to note is that the game writes back to the disk to keep track of how often you've played it and how many times it was completed.. This copy has one load/finish counted and if you want to keep a copy that doesn't go up, make a 2nd copy of the disk and just play one of them and put the other on your web page. The game was made in 1986, and it says it's written by Sock Master (doesn't even say John Kowalski :( ), and copyright by Sock Software. It was never published. It requires a 64K CoCo 1 or 2 with disk drive to run. Runs fine on a CoCo3 and uses the 'green' version of PMODE4 which does actually have subtle color artifacting - light green, dark green, brownish green and dark cyan. Although the game was pretty much written with plain monochrome in mind.
