You are right about the game's awkwardness. I should have known better, since the CoCo was so popular. I'm the author of the somewhat peculiar and "a little awkward" Protectors. Did you get the screen images from your computer? Seeing them again makes me want to fire up my CoCo and give Protectors and the other games I have a try. I still have all my issues of Rainbow Magazine. Thanks for listing Protectors. No problem. The screenshots were done using one of the emulators (MESS, in my case... it does the most accurate PMODE 4 color artifacting out of the 3 or 4 emulators available). You can get information on it (and download it, for that matter), at: http:mess.emuverse.com. Would you like me to make it available for download, as some other authors have done? Also, did you make any other games for the Coco? The 'awkwardness' was just because I could never get used to the two joysticks being needed simultaneously (also present on Computer Shack's Intercept 4)... maybe I just wasn't coordinated enough.
