Caterpillar Cave is a unique arcade game, in which one has to navigate vertical hallways collecting gold bars. There is a large caterpillar that wanders through the hallways that you have to avoid, and I believe that each time you complete a screen, the caterpillar on the next level gets longer, and a little faster.
