Cosmic Sweeper is an original arcade style game, done for the T&D tape/disk magazine. The layout reminds me somewhat of the Tandy/Steve Bjork game Stellar Life Line, with a main viewscreen and your radar screens at the top, and by the fact that you slowly travel from the left to the right (on the radar on the upper left); but that is where the similarities end. Basically, you have to last long enough to make it across the sector (upper left radar), and you have a second radar in the upper right that shows the positions of the meteors, and also how close they are (by the size of the dot that represents them). The main view is the 3 dimensional view from your ship. You have to either dodge, or shoot, the meteors as they appear. The top middle is your shield strength, and you get shield boosts every 10,000 points.
