Dancing Devil is the Color Computer version of the original TRS-80 Model I/III graphics animation program called Dancing Demon. Not quite technically a game, it allows you to program the dancing devil's dance steps, to create your own dances, based on a list of moves that the demon can do.
The original TRS-80 version was done by Leo Christopherson, who did a lot of decent animation demos and games for the original TRS-80 Model I/III, and who also later did Klendathu for the Coco. The author of Dancing Devil itself is Chris Latham, who became quite famous later for making both Donkey King and Sailorman, both from Tom Mix.
