Donpan is a port of a game that originally appeared for the Tomy toy company's PYUUTA computer in 1982 (it was based on the TI-99/4A home computer), which was then released in North America in 1984 as the TOMY TUTOR. Donpan was one of the 2nd generation cartridges for this system.
In this game, you are the bouncing balloon figure, trying to get home. You use puffs of air to destroy any enemies that you meet, and you have to refill you're air reservoir from balloons overhead (you can also get bonus points for getting gifts hanging from the balloons).
