Madness and the Minotaur is an original text adventure game, and one of the earlier ones to come out for the Color Computer. It was a bit unique at the time in that, while it had a fixed map/maze, the objects - and how you generate spells, is randomized each game. It also plays somewhat in real time, as things happen if you just sit at the keyboard thinking. This was originally released directly by Spectral Associates in mid 1981; by early 1983, they were being sold directly in Radio Shack stores.
