Sir Eggbert Jumper is graphic platform game controlled by the right joystick, where one has to get a gold key to unlock a gold door. The player does this by jumping between platforms and not falling off the edge. Their are 8 screens in all (as the author puts it, "[...] five of which are different. The last screen holds many surprises which you will have to play to see" (one of these surprises is a Dragon). There are other objects to be found as one plays; anything red will knock the player out, yellow objects (other than the key) will temporarily switch the screen colors and prevent the player from leaving the current platform level that they are on, and prevent the player from getting hit by creatures (which appear if a player is taking too long on a level). Blue objects are worth points.

Personally, the game feels rushed and unfinished. Debris is left on the screen when a player or creature dies, a player can plummet through multiple floor levels, and there are permanent holes left behind where the player has fallen. If the player jumps to the yellow door (rather than just walk under it, as intended), it can erase part of the door and then the player can never get off the level. So the game can be quite frustrating.
