1881 census has him as born 1873, Ontario. George is listed as a farmer living in Bangor at the time of his marriage to Annie. Witnesses to their marriage were John Reid Boyle and Mary Ethel Boyle. They were married by R.C. McConnell. Ed Gbz has his birth at December 17, 1876. His death registration has his age as 30, though.

George died of pneumonia.
