If I have found the correct info (and I think matching the parents names, and 1 sisters names, to previous information that I have found, is a pretty big coincidence), then Charles and family were living at 98 Southam Street, Kensington, Middlesex, England in the 1881 census. Charles is listed as a labourer.

May have found his baptism date as well: Jun 7, 1840 in Biggleswade. If this is accurate, his father’s name was James Foot(e), and mother’s name was Elizabeth.
