I have found a Phiomene Rock in the 1871 census for Sub district St. Bruno, Chambly, Quebec, that may be her (although the age is fairly different-she is shown as 13 years old, making her birth closer to 1858 if this is her). If this is her, then her parents are Charles and Olive Rock (both born around 1830), and she has siblings; sisters Marie Delvina (born about 1856), Angele (born around 1857), Melvina (born around 1864), and brothers Charles (born around 1860) and Edward (born around 1861).
