City War is strategy/simulation game, of a nuclear war between the U.S.A. and the former U.S.S.R. Your goal is eliminate the city that is the location of your opponent's leader (premier or president). The game starts in 1960, and requires two players (to head each country), and has 12 different commands. It also has access codes that each player sets up; and quite a few of the commands require the access codes to execute (a way to keep opposing players from "sneaking turns" from each other). There are 8 cities on each side. You try to build you arsenals during peacetime, but once the war starts it's in real time.
