Space Race is a clone of the arcade game Omega Race, a vector game from the early 1980's. In this game, you are on a giant race track in space, and you have various bouncing opponents, mine-laying opponents, and shooting opponents to take care of. Both you and your opponents can fly around the rectangular track, and will bounce off of the walls if you hit them. It plays sort of like Asteroids, but with finite limits as to where you can fly on the screen. On later waves, it takes more than one shot to destroy your enemies. On even later levels, the walls disappear, and it becomes a free for all like Asteroids.
